Delivery informations

The Service Provider undertakes to pack the quantity of products specified by the Customer and confirmed by the Service Provider for orders placed through the online store, and to deliver them to the specified address in Hungary according to the delivery method chosen by the Customer, and to hand them over to the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer.

There is no possibility to deliver to postal or other addresses outside Hungary.

Deliveries are made by courier services, and the Service Provider also provides the option for the Customer to personally collect the ordered products. Information on the different delivery methods, the delivery deadlines undertaken by the Service Provider, and any changes to these are always provided on the website under the “Delivery Information” section, as well as before the Customer places the order. Following delivery, the Customer is required to check the received product for quantity and packaging defects immediately, but no later than 36 hours after receipt.

Home Delivery

Free or 2990 HUF – Home delivery is free of charge with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and costs 2990 HUF with MPL Courier Service. Orders finalized through the online store will be attempted to be delivered to the specified address within the next 2-3 business days (except during peak periods such as Christmas) by 5 PM. The chosen courier service will attempt delivery twice; if the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the sender. The committed delivery deadline is only valid if the Customer is available at the specified delivery address on the designated delivery day (the specific delivery day will be communicated when placing the order). For home delivery, payment can be made in advance by direct bank transfer, or in cash (for a maximum of 2 products) or by bank card(?) to the courier.

Delivery to Parcel Point or Parcel Locker

990 HUF – Delivery to a parcel point or parcel locker is carried out by MPL Courier Service. Orders finalized through the online store will be delivered to the selected address within the next 2-3 business days (except during peak periods such as Christmas), and notifications will be sent. If the shipment is delivered to an MPL Parcel Point, the recipient has 5 business days from the electronic notification to collect it during opening hours. When the parcel is placed in an MPL Parcel Locker, the recipient will receive an electronic notification with information about the address of the MPL Locker, the parcel number, a unique and one-time use code required for collection, and a QR code that can also be used for collection. The recipient has 5 business days from the notification to collect the parcel. For parcel point orders, payment can only be made by direct bank transfer, and cash on delivery is not available. For parcel locker orders, advance payment is required by direct bank transfer.

 

Personal Collection

FREE – For personal collection, payment can be made by direct bank transfer when placing the order, or in cash and by bank card upon collection of the product. Orders can be collected during business hours (Mon-Fri: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM) at a pre-arranged time within 1-3 business days from the order date (except during peak periods such as Christmas). Products must be collected within 5 business days. The package can be collected by signing the Receipt Acknowledgment form from our colleague. Personal collection is possible at our 3rd district center at 24 Zay Street by prior appointment. Appointments can be arranged by calling +36 (20) 241-1336 or by e-mailing info@dunawatt.hu.
